Fiduca provides a compliance self-assessment platform that helps organisations understand, document, and manage their regulatory obligations. The Service includes access to a regulatory library, assessment tooling, and record-keeping features. Fiduca does not provide legal advice. Outputs from the platform are not a substitute for qualified legal or compliance counsel.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Fiduca reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are found to be engaged in fraudulent activity.
4. Subscription and payment
Access to paid features is subject to a current subscription. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Pricing is published on our website and may be updated with 30 days notice prior to renewal.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are the property of Fiduca or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted within the platform.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiduca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
