FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Fiduca?

Fiduca turns overlapping regulations into a single self-assessment. You identify what applies to your organisation, answer once per control, and Fiduca carries that answer across every regulation that asks for it, then helps you track gaps and stay audit-ready.

What is a self-assessment?

A structured evaluation of your organisation against the controls that apply to you. You answer each control once, attach evidence where relevant, and Fiduca produces a clear view of where you stand and where the gaps are.

What is a control?

A control is a single, assessable requirement derived from a regulation. Instead of working through long regulatory documents, you answer clear control questions, and Fiduca maps each answer back to the regulations it satisfies.

What does 'answer once, reuse across regulations' mean?

Many regulations ask for the same underlying control. Fiduca recognises those overlaps, so when you answer a control once it is applied to every regulation that requires it, instead of you assessing the same thing several times.

How does Fiduca decide what applies to me?

Fiduca asks a short profile of your organisation, including jurisdiction, sector, legal form, and activities, then narrows the full regulatory catalogue to the controls that are actually relevant to you. You work only on what applies.

Which regulations and frameworks does Fiduca cover?

Fiduca focuses on the regulations relevant to organisations operating in the region, across areas such as cybersecurity, data protection, governance, consumer protection, and financial-sector requirements. Coverage continues to expand.

Do I need a compliance team or background to use Fiduca?

No. Fiduca is built to be usable by founders, small teams, and dedicated compliance functions alike. It guides you through the process in plain language, with no blank spreadsheet to start from.

How long does a first assessment take?

It depends on the size of your organisation and how many regulations apply, but Fiduca is designed to make the first pass fast by asking only the questions that matter and reusing answers across overlapping requirements.

What happens after I complete an assessment?

Answers that fall short surface as potential gaps, classified by severity and mapped to the controls they affect. You can then assign owners, set due dates, and build resolution plans.

Can I assign owners and track remediation?

Yes. Gaps and observations can be assigned to owners with due dates, and their status is tracked from open to resolved in one place.

Can I generate a report?

Yes. You can export a structured, versioned report of your compliance posture whenever you need it.

Can my team collaborate in Fiduca?

Yes. Business and Enterprise plans support multiple users, custom teams, and control ownership, so your team can work together on assessments and resolving observations.

Can I gather input from other teams or departments?

Yes. You can circulate a specific assessment to the relevant teams for their input, with tracking of responses, evidence provided, and confirmations.

How does pricing work?

Fiduca is priced per user, billed monthly or annually. Every plan includes access to all frameworks and regulations; the difference between plans is the number of seats and the per-seat price.

What is the difference between Entrepreneur, Business, and Enterprise?

Entrepreneur is a single-user plan for founders and freelancers. Business is for growing teams, with unlimited per-seat collaboration. Enterprise adds advanced security, access controls, and deployment options for larger organisations.

Do all plans include all frameworks?

Yes. Frameworks are never gated by plan. Every plan can assess against any framework or regulation; plans differ by seats and per-seat price, not by which regulations you can access.

Is there a free trial?

Entrepreneur and Business include a 30-day free trial, with no credit card required to start.

How is my data protected?

Your compliance data is encrypted and access-controlled. Sign-in is available through Google, and Enterprise plans add single sign-on (SSO) and additional security controls.

Where is my data hosted?

Fiduca runs on managed cloud infrastructure. Enterprise plans offer additional options, including on-premise deployment and logical separation of hosted data, to meet specific regulatory requirements.

Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes. SSO is available on Enterprise plans, alongside other advanced security and access controls.

How do I get support?

You can reach us through the help centre, or by email at support@fiduca.io. Business and Enterprise plans include priority support.

Who is behind Fiduca?

Fiduca is owned and operated by Huwar AI Company Technical, a technology and software development company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
