Cookies are essential for the effective and secure operation of the platform and to help you work within it. They are also used to tailor the experience to your preferences. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage.

Some cookies collect information about your browsing behaviour when you access this platform using the same browser or device. This includes information about pages viewed, features used, and your navigation within the platform. We do not use cookies to collect or record your name, address, or other contact details separately from your account registration. Fiduca uses cookies to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it.
How cookies are managed
The cookies on your device when you access our platform are set by:
- Fiduca, for cookies that are necessary to keep you securely signed in, remember your language, and store your consent choice.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics), only when you grant performance consent, to measure how the platform is used in aggregate.
What are cookies used for?
Fiduca uses cookies for the following purposes:
Technical and security
Cookies are used for technical and security reasons to enable the platform to work correctly, including to:
- Keep you securely signed in and route you to the correct portal (customer or partner).
- Protect the sign-in flow, including the Google OAuth handshake, against cross-site request forgery.
- Store your cookie consent choice so we do not ask on every visit.
Ease of use
Cookies are used to improve ease of use, including to:
- Remember your language preference (English or Arabic) and display the platform in your chosen language.
Analytics and tracking
With your performance consent, cookies are used to collect anonymised statistics about how visitors use our platform, including to:
- Understand which features are used most frequently so we can prioritise improvements.
- Identify navigation flows that may be confusing or inefficient.
- Produce aggregate, anonymised reports on platform usage.
Analytics cookies load only after you grant performance consent. If you reject them, no analytics data is collected.
Strictly necessary cookies
Required to run the platform securely: signing you in, keeping your session safe, remembering your language, and storing your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off through the banner. Blocking them in your browser will prevent the signed-in parts of the platform from working.

Performance and analytics cookies
Help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. These load only after you grant performance consent. If you reject them, no analytics data is collected.
When performance consent is granted, Google Analytics loads and sets its own cookies on your device to distinguish visitors and track sessions in aggregate. Marketing cookies
When you allow marketing cookies, Fiduca loads the Google Ads conversion tag (ID: AW-18186957437) to measure advertising effectiveness. This sets the following cookie:

If you reject marketing cookies or withdraw consent, the tag does not load and the _gcl_au cookie is removed from your browser.
Third-party providers
When you allow optional cookies, the following providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): aggregate, anonymised site-usage measurement (performance cookies). Data may be processed in the United States. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses cookies.
- Google Ads (Google LLC): conversion measurement for advertising campaigns (marketing cookies). Data may be processed in the United States. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
International data transfers
If you allow performance cookies, the data collected by Google Analytics may be processed outside Saudi Arabia, including in the United States, by Google LLC. Google is responsible for safeguarding that data under its own terms. Strictly necessary cookies stay within Fiduca's own infrastructure.
Your choices
You decide which optional cookies to allow. Use the preferences centre to accept all, reject the optional categories, or choose category by category. Your choice is saved for 180 days and you can reopen the preferences centre at any time from the link in the footer.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a request to keep optional cookies off.
How to disable cookies in your browser
If you want to disable cookies you will need to change your browser settings. The exact steps depend on the browser you use. Instructions for the most common browsers are below.
Google Chrome
- Open the menu (three dots, top right) and select Settings.
- Click Privacy and security, then Cookies and other site data.
- Choose your preferred level of cookie blocking.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open the menu and select Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose your blocking level.
Safari
- Open Preferences › Privacy.
- Check Block all cookies, or manage cross-site tracking separately.
Microsoft Edge
- Open the menu (three dots, top right) and select Settings.
- Go to Cookies and site permissions › Cookies and site data.
- Enable Block third-party cookies or choose a stricter setting.
Opera
- Open Settings › Advanced › Privacy & security.
- Click Site Settings › Cookies and site data and choose your preference.
What happens if I disable cookies?
This depends on which cookies you disable. If you disable only optional (performance or marketing) cookies, the platform will continue to function normally — you simply will not contribute to aggregate analytics.
If you disable all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, the signed-in parts of the platform will not work. You will not be able to log in, and the platform cannot safely maintain your session without the authentication cookies listed above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if we change how we use cookies. The date at the top reflects the last revision. If a change affects the optional categories, we will ask for your choice again.
